A standard clean of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, such as the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas.
3-bedroom family home

We clean a larger home room by room, and then confirm the price once we know the layout and condition.
Window cleaning

Interior and reachable exterior glass, as well as frames and sills.
Deep, end-of-tenancy and post-renovation

We quote these one by one, because the work varies too much with the state of the property for a flat rate.

Even at short notice, we can cover an urgent booking within three hours when a cleaner is free nearby.

What affects your cleaning prices
Property size
First, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how much floor area is in use.
Condition on arrival
If nobody has cleaned the property for a while, it takes longer, so the price is higher than for one looked after regularly.
Tasks included
We also quote extras such as inside appliances, laundry or restocking on top of the package.

How much is a three-hour clean?
A three-hour clean is £95. Larger homes start from £120, and we confirm the figure once we know the layout.
Is the price agreed before you come?
Yes. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before we book, once we know your postcode, the size of the home and what you need.
Do you take a deposit?
First-time clients pay half to book the date and the balance after the visit.
Can you come today?
We can cover an urgent booking within three hours when a cleaner is free nearby. Send your postcode on WhatsApp to check.

First, send your postcode, property size and what needs doing. Then you get a firm price before you book. For first-time clients, however, we take a 50% prepayment at confirmation.
