Book a cleaner in West London
To book a cleaner, send us three things on WhatsApp: your postcode, what needs cleaning and when. We then check who is free nearby and reply the same day. You can see the rates on our prices page and everything we clean on the services page.
How to book a cleaner
01 · Send your details
First, tell us your postcode, the size of the property and the type of clean.
02 · Choose a date and time
Then we find a free cleaner and agree the slot. Same-day visits are possible when someone is nearby.
03 · Confirm and secure
Finally, we send the price and confirm. First-time clients pay 50% upfront to secure the slot.
Terms when you book a cleaner
Availability
We take bookings subject to availability. For an urgent visit, we can send a cleaner within three hours if one is free nearby.
Access to the property
Please send access details before the cleaner arrives, for example key collection, concierge contact, parking or a lockbox code.
During the appointment
We ask that the property is empty during the clean, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Additional tasks
Extra tasks outside your package take extra time, so we charge for them separately.
Payment
You pay when we confirm the booking, unless we have agreed other terms in writing.
First-time clients
First-time clients pay a 50% prepayment when we confirm the booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Plans change. If you need to cancel or move a visit, give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Within 24 hours
For changes within 24 hours of the visit, we may charge up to 50% of the booking value.
Same-day bookings
We cannot refund an emergency same-day booking once we confirm it, because we reserve the cleaner at short notice.
If we cannot get in
When we cannot get into the property at the agreed time, we may charge the full booking.
If we need to change
And if we ever need to move or cancel your visit, we offer the next free slot or refund what you prepaid.
Guest-ready standard
We finish every clean with care for presentation and hygiene, and to short-let standard where you need it. However, the result also depends on the state of the property on arrival and the time in your package.
