Old York stone, soft brick and lime pointing can be damaged by a strong jet. We look at the surface first and clean a small patch before the rest, and if a surface is better left alone we tell you so. We work in Fulham, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair and Westminster.

Can you jet wash an Indian sandstone patio without damaging it?
Yes, with low pressure, a test patch first and care along the joints. A strong jet is what damages sandstone, so we do not use one.
Will it remove black spots?
Black spots are lichen. Cleaning lightens them, but we do not promise they disappear completely.
Do you need my water and power?
No. We bring what we need. Tell us if the terrace is on a roof or has no lift, so we plan access.
